Today the Firm specialises in supplying metal spun parts to the air movement, blower and ventilation industry. Spun Aluminium parts from the Company are shipped directly to the overseas customers and are used in assembly lines for making Centrifugal Roof Exhausters, Gravity Vents, Axial Exhaust Fans and Ventilators etc.

Working with Knit Foulds is very simple :
Straight from the customer drawing - we have the capability to offer readymade parts to the customers.
We have a complete design, tool room & research centre in-house where we can convert 2D drawings of customers into 3D solid models of components from these. From these solid models we can design and manufacture our own tooling by transferring the solid models to CAM and thereafter, use CNC machines to develop metal spun tooling. From these toolings we can offer complete parts to the customer at a very rapid pace.

Today spinning is a preferred process, where high productivity excellent quality and low tooling costs are required. For ventilator fans and other ventilation components we have a variety of machines from spinning to flanging and punching machines. The processes are reliable and fast and one single piece can be made in one work step which makes our technology a competitive process compared with other slow and less quality processes.
